Some thankful thoughts

Feeling the need to write...not much to write about...so here are some thankful thoughts for the day....

• so happy that Ray has adjusted to his new toddler bed incredibly well....only one nap time's worth of getting out - for about 15 minutes or so and after that it was established that this was his bed and he needed to stay there :)
• thankful to have a husband who understands my crazy emotions
• blessed to have a beautiful little boy...inside and out
• happy to have an easy pregnancy
• grateful for God's provisions....I too often forget how much He has done for us since we found out we were 1st pregnant with Ray....from a last minute sale on his bassinet and sudden money to purchase it in time....to the blessings from my dad (like Ray's new bed, which we would have had to purchase a MUCH cheaper, not as fun bed)....to Peter's tips on his paper route....a small raise at Wendy's...etc. (I really could keep going...he is so amazing and blesses us abundantly.)
• happy to be slowly sort of making friends and learning to accept that nothing will ever be like college, but that it doesn't have to be like high school either
• glad to have a little man who wants my attention and climbs all over me as I try to finish this post ;)
• blessed to still be close to a few special friends from college and be in contact with many more
• really joyous to sometimes get news that my hubby is going to get out of work early and come home....just got that news a minute ago Yay :)
  

I'm sure that I could keep going as God has truly blessed me (even though I need frequent reminders of that), but, well, Ray would really like to have some attention from his mommy right now....and he is definitely more important than posting. ;)
